The white python, though somewhat disheveled from the fireball attack, quickly recovered. It lashed out with its tail, carving a path through the flames, and lunged directly at the fire-attribute officer. Seeing this, the officers swiftly shifted positions, and the water-attribute officer promptly summoned a water curtain to block the python's attack.
The black python had one side of its flesh torn off by the waterspout, revealing its white bones. It roared angrily and charged at Di Fei, its tail whipping up nearby trees and whipping them at Di Fei. Di Fei slashed with his sword, the wind blades slicing through the attacking trees. Using the trees as cover, the black python burst through the air, its gaping maw ready to swallow Di Fei whole.
The white python, with its overwhelming strength, broke through the water curtain and bit the shoulder of a water-attribute official who was unable to dodge in time.
"Crack!" Just as the white python was about to swallow its subordinate, a whip suddenly appeared and struck its mouth hard.
"Hiss!" The intense pain made it release its grip.
