Chapter 34 A Moment of Thrill

"Something's getting closer!" Chongyang said alertly.

At that moment, a pale face appeared behind them, letting out a sinister laugh.

Chongyang, panting, tried to calm himself down and think of a solution. He recalled how the woman had disappeared, and a flash of inspiration struck him.

“Perhaps she left using some kind of special ability…” Chongyang stared at the surrounding walls, searching for a possible exit.

Chongyang and Luyun searched the room for a long time without making any progress, and gradually lost confidence. At the same time, Luyun's violent tendencies completely erupted.

Lu Yun began frantically kicking the door, trying to break it open. Chongyang quickly stopped him, worried that it would bring more danger.

Just then, Chongyang noticed a loose brick on the wall, which seemed to be hiding some kind of mechanism.

They ran all the way down the mountain before stopping to catch their breath.

"What was that just now?" Chongyang asked, still shaken.

Lu Yun shook his head. "I don't know either, but this abandoned factory must be hiding some secret."

The two decided to report the matter to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
