Garion soon opened his eyes, and the moment he did, he realized something was wrong.
Because he was floating above everything.
He knew this because he could see Rachel below him, sitting beside something that looked like a pod.
From its shape and aura, it seemed to be the [Divine Pod] he had looked at through the system before.
He could also see Atlas standing near Rachel with a serious expression. However, Atlas did not seem able to see him floating above them.
Garion also noticed that his current body was being placed inside the [Divine Pod].
His real body.
From this view, and also when he looked down at himself, Garion saw that his current form was faint and translucent, glowing with a strange purple-black color.
He could tell that he was currently in his soul form, and when he lifted one hand, he felt extremely strange.
"So this is what being dead feels like, huh?" Garion muttered, staring at his own translucent hand.
"But is death really just like this? I’m not even going anywhere."
Just after he said that, the space around him suddenly changed.
WOOOM!
Another screen appeared before him.
However, this one was different from Atlas’s system screen.

Garion stared at the screen for a moment, and then his eyes suddenly sharpened as he quickly understood the true cultivation behind this [Divine Relic].
"I see. No wonder."
The reason he needed to die was because it was actually a requirement. His soul had to leave his body first, because his body would become the foundation material.
In other words, his body was like a house that needed to be emptied before it could be completely rebuilt.
Another reason was that Garion was still new to all of this, so he did not know that death in the Awakening Realm did not directly kill someone in the normal sense. After all, at that level, the soul had already surpassed ordinary standards.
The rebuilding here meant exactly what he had guessed before.
The [Divine Relic] had to connect perfectly with his body until it basically became a part of him.
So instead of merely attaching a relic to himself, the process would rebuild his entire body from the start and turn it into the relic’s true foundation.
Death was only used to make the process easier by kicking his soul out for a moment.
Garion’s grin widened.
"I see. I understand it all now." Then he clicked his tongue.
"But damn... why the hell didn’t the book explain it more clearly? It just suddenly told me to die."
Garion could only sigh as he remembered what the book had told him.
Still, it did not matter anymore. Now, he was about to create his own [Divine Relic].

The next moment, another system screen appeared again, and this one looked like some kind of design program from a computer.
There were floating panels, glowing buttons, rotating models, color sliders, energy diagrams, body maps, weapon frames, and countless strange options.
Garion could only blink. "What the hell... what do I even do with this? I’m not exactly some great designer, you know."
Just after he said that, the screens were actually divided into two separate panels.

Garion stared at the two screens for a moment before reaching out and touching the first one.

A full-body projection appeared in front of him, and what shocked him was that this projection was actually his own body.
It also seemed that he could edit many things about his body, including his face, eyes, hair, skin, height, color, and even other details.
From that alone, he quickly understood what this screen was for.
He rotated the projection with one finger, looking at himself from different angles. "So the sealed state is basically my normal form."
His grin widened. "Meaning I can redesign my body from the start... this is actually really interesting."
Then he closed the first system screen before turning toward the second one and touching it.

A completely blank screen appeared, surprising him again. "Blank? The hell is this? What am I supposed to do here? Any help?"
Then another screen appeared again.

Garion’s eyes slowly widened, and his mouth also opened slightly because he quickly understood what the system meant.
"So it means the sealed state is basically my normal body state, while the unsealed state is like a second form... like those super golden fighters or those special weapon users."
The unsealed state shocked him because there were too many possibilities. He could make a different form, a beast form, a weapon form, an armor form, a tool, or anything he wanted. Even something weird seemed possible.
Just as Garion was about to ask how the hell he was supposed to use this thing, a flood of information suddenly poured into his soul.

Countless instructions, controls, and design rules were directly planted into his mind. Basically, it was the full user manual for how to use the design program.
After taking them all in, he laughed hard and looked at the empty design system. "I see... so this is how you use it, huh..."
Every memory, concept, weapon, and training tool in his mind could be used as material for the design, including things he had seen in movies, cartoons, games, and all kinds of random places.
Garion’s grin became brighter. "Now that I can make those things... what do I need to design first, huh? There are too many choices."

Garion cracked his neck even though he was only in soul form, then raised both hands toward the glowing interface.
"All right, slow down, will you... It’s just that I’ve got too damn many good ideas. A lot of them could be ridiculous, and I just don’t know where to start."
