The time of the city

Chapter 177 I hate you

Chapter 177 I hate you

The dim light cast a shadow on the two of them. Mo Yu's eyes widened as she glared at Ni Jiamu, each word coming out as if squeezed from between her teeth: "I will definitely leave you."

Ni Jiamu narrowed his eyes, reached out his hand and gently pinched Mo Yu's angry face, and said in a gentle voice: "Be good, you can't escape. Let's go home, and I won't bother with you this time." The gentle tone was like an ice knife piercing Mo Yu's heart, and her body kept shivering.

Then Ni Jiamu picked up Mo Yu in his princess arms without saying a word and strode out of the house.

As soon as he stepped out of the elevator, he bumped into Leng Xiyan. Leng Xiyan was holding a large bag of snacks, and her face was originally filled with excitement. However, when she saw Ni Jiamu's stern face and Mo Yu's red and swollen eyes, her face froze instantly.

She asked cautiously and softly, "Xiaoyu, are you not feeling comfortable living here? Do you want to move to another house?"

Mo Yu's throat was dry and hoarse, and she replied softly, "No need, Sister Xiyan."

Leng Xiyan had a vague guess in her mind. It must be because Ni Jiamu did not allow Mo Yu to live alone. His possessiveness of Mo Yu was so strong that a trace of uneasiness quietly spread in her heart.

She bravely tugged at the corner of Ni Jiamu's clothes and gently advised: "Jiamu, Xiaoyu is so old now, she should be independent. If she wants to live on her own, we should support her. She can live with me, and I will take care of her."

Ni Jiamu turned his head, his eyes icy and piercing, like a frosty blade in the cold night, and glanced at Leng Xiyan with disdain. Leng Xiyan felt a chill running from the soles of her feet to the top of her head, and her body trembled slightly.

"Miss Leng, I advise you not to meddle in other people's business and not to try to kidnap my people. I have the final say on Mo Yu's affairs. There will be no next time..."

Ni Jiamu didn't continue speaking, but his arms around Mo Yu suddenly tightened, and then he took a big step forward, leaving Leng Xiyan standing there, looking at the gradually disappearing figure, her face full of resentment and resentment: "Will you kill me next time, Jiamu?"

Back home, Ni Jiamu threw Mo Yu on the sofa, tugged at his somewhat tight tie, and said, "Xiao Yu, the company's new equipment will be launched in the next two days. Don't think about running away when I'm not home. Get some rest. You can go to school when you're well."

Mo Yu pretended not to hear him, simply looking down and tugging at the small flower on her dress. Ni Jiamu sighed helplessly and ruffled her hair. "Don't act like a child. I'll come back to see you when I'm free. Message me if you want anything, and I'll buy it for you." With that, he picked up his coat and hurried out the door.

In the afternoon, Wang Ma came back carrying a large bag of vegetables. Seeing Mo Yu absentmindedly watching TV in the living room, she asked curiously, "Xiao Yu, has everything been a bit turbulent lately?"

Mo Yu turned around with a puzzled look on her face: "Huh? What's wrong?"

As Wang Ma put the vegetables into the kitchen, she said, "I came back from buying groceries and saw several bodyguards standing outside the door. They must have asked Jiamu to come and protect you because he's busy lately."

Upon hearing this, Mo Yu hurried to the door and opened it, only to see four bodyguards standing tall outside, forming a human wall. A cold smile played on her face, her heart filled with sadness. Ni Jiamu really treated her like a prisoner.

Before going to bed that night, Mo Yu was packing her luggage when she realized that all her ID documents were missing. She frantically searched every corner of the house but couldn't find them.

Finally, she realized that it was Ni Jiamu who hid her ID. She huddled in the corner helplessly: "Ni Jiamu, I hate you!"
